  1. Bread Slices cut into round shape 4
  2. Hung Curd 1Cup
  3. Fresh Mint Leaves 2tbsp
  4. Fresh Coriander Leaves 2tbsp
  5. Black Pepper Powder 1/2tsp
  6. Olive Oil 1tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. For decoration
  9. Schezwan Cheese Slice 1
  10. Amul Cheese Slice 1
  11. Cucumber Slices 2
  12. Carrot Grated 1
  13. Green Chilly 2
  14. Tomato Slices 2
  15. Black Grapes 4
  16. Baby Corn Slices 4
  17. Blanched Broccoli 1

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of coriander leaves and mint leaves along with salt, oil, and black pepper powder.
  2. Add hung curd and whisk well.
  3. your mint spread is ready. Spread it on round bread slices and decorate using fresh vegetables and Cheese slices.
