ABOUT Brown Rice Salad RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled brown rice
  2. 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 cucumber
  5. 1 tomato
  6. 2 finely chopped green chillies
  7. For salad Dressing :
  8. 1 tbsp olive oil
  9. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  10. 2 tsp black pepper
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. 4 tbsp finely chopped coriander

Instructions

  1. Chop onion, tomato and cucumber in small cubes.
  2. In a bowl add the ingredients of salad : brown rice, boiled chickpeas, diced cucumber, onion, tomato and mix well.
  3. For Salad Dressing :
  4. In another bowl add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, chopped coriander and mix well.
  5. Assembly:
  6. Pour the salad dressing over salad, toss and mix well so that salad is coated well with the dressing .
