Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup barley
  2. 2-3 cloves garlic fine chopped
  3. 1 cup yellow, red bell pepper and capsicum cut into cubes
  4. One carrot cut in cubes
  5. Boiled corn few tbsp as per taste
  6. 3 olives
  7. salt
  8. One tbsp olive oil
  9. One tbsp lemon juice
  10. Black pepper powder as per taste

Instructions

  1. Soak barley for 5-6 hours
  2. Boil in cooker along with water
  3. Heat non-stick pan, add olive oil
  4. Add finely chopped garlic
  5. Add finely chopped carrots
  6. Add capsicum and bell pepper
  7. Add corn
  8. Add olives
  9. Add salt
  10. Add Black pepper powder
  11. Add boiled barley
  12. Add lemon juice
  13. Mix well
  14. Serve at room temperature
  15. Enjoy
