Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gms boneless chicken
  2. Tandoori masala
  3. salt as per taste
  4. chilli powder
  5. ginger and garlic paste
  6. onion thin sliced
  7. lime Juice 1 tsp
  8. coriander leaves
  9. Chat masala
  10. butter 1/2 tsp
  11. For roll :
  12. 1 cup wheat flour
  13. water for kneading
  14. oil to cook


  1. Marinate the chicken with tandoori masala, salt, chilli powder, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste . Mix well and keep it aside for 30 mins.
  2. In a kadai heat oil, add the marinated chicken and cook it for 10 minutes till all the moisture evaporated from the kadai. And add butter and set aside to cool the mixture.
  3. For the roll- mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough. Roll out flat rounds using a rolling pin and cook on tawa using oil.
  4. To assemble mix onion and lime juice, spread about one tsp of this mix on to the roll then add chicken mix, garnish with coriander leaves and chat masala. Your chicken roll is ready to serve.
