Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken breast 2 boiled and cut into tiny tiny piece
  2. Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  3. Cream 3 tbsp
  4. Pineapple tidbits 1/2 cup
  5. Salt 1/4 tsp
  6. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  7. Caster sugar 1 tbsp
  8. Hard boiled eggs 1
  9. Lettuce leaves 4
  10. Olives 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Spread the salad leaves in a dish
  2. Mix the above ingredients
  3. Now put the mixed ingredients on the salad leaves
  4. Garnish with eggs, olives and serve cold
