Ingredients to make Vegetable garden salad

  • apple chopped into small dice 2
  • chickpea boiled ½ cup
  • Green peas boiled ½ cup
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • 1 capsicum thinly diced small
  • onion 1 thinly diced small
  • parsley 2 tbsp
  • Black eye beans ½ can
  • White beans boiled ½ cup
  • 1 small thinly diced carrot
  • Brown chickpea ½ cup boiled
  • Garden dressing 7-8 tbsp
  • Salad leaves to garnish
  • Garden Dressing: Chilli sauce 3 tbsp, Oil ¼ cup, White vinegar 2 tbsp, Sugar 1 tbsp, Mustard paste/pwdr ½ tsp, Black pepper a pinch, Salt ½ tsp, Ketchup 1 tbsp, Crushed garlic 1 tsp, Mix herbs ½ tsp (oregano parsley basil thyme basil rosemary).

How to make Vegetable garden salad

  1. Put the dressing ingredients in a bottle and shake very nicely till mixed well
  2. Spread the leaves in a bowl, put all the above ingredients. Toss nicely drizzle with dressing

My Tip:

Make sure while serving you put in the dressing And the apple should be put in prior to the time of serving and not before that N.B: Apple should be diced with its peel and kindly use red apple not the green one
