ABOUT Mix bean tandoori chicken salad RECIPE

The enhanced taste of chicken tikka chunks makes this salad juicy, and the crunchiness of the bean sprout gives this salad the crunchy effect, a must to try!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Baked beans ½ can
  2. Chick pea ½ cup boiled
  3. Bean sprout ½ cup (you can use fresh bean sprouts or the canned one)
  4. Peas ½ cup boiled
  5. Salad leaves for garnish
  6. Black sliced olives 4 tbsp
  7. Chicken tikka chunks ½ cup
  8. French dressing 5-6 tbsp
  9. Mixed herb ½ tsp (oregano parsley and basil)
  10. FOR FRENCH DRESSING: Oil 1/2 cup, Vinegar 1/4 cup, Salt 1/2 tsp, Black pepper 1/2 tsp, Mustard paste 1/2 tsp, Garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Lay down the salad leaves in a plate.
  2. Mix the above ingredients and mix well with the french dressing. Leave some Chicken tikka chunks
  3. Put the mixture on the salad leaves top up with the remaining Chicken tikka chunks
  4. Lastly garnish with olives and serve
