Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pasta 1 cup
  2. Water to boil
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Butter 1 tablespoon
  5. Capsicum 1 tablespoon
  6. Methi half cup
  7. Corn half cup
  8. Chese 4 slices
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black Pepper to taste
  11. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  12. Cream half cup

Instructions

  1. Boil water, add salt in it and add pasta to get boil. Once pasta get boil place it under cold water to end cooking process and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan add butter and cumin seeds.
  3. Now add capsicum, methi, corn in it and let them cook for 2 mints.
  4. Now add salt and pepper.
  5. Now add milk and bring boil.
  6. Now add pasta and let it boil.
  7. Now add cheese and cream.
  8. When it becomes thick switch off the gas.
