Ingredients to make Kheere ka raita

  • 1 big cucumber
  • 1 bowl curd
  • roasted jeera powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt (according to taste)
  • 1/4 spoon black salt
  • 1/4 spoon red chilli powder (optional)

How to make Kheere ka raita

  1. Wash and peel the cucumber. Grate it and drain the water.
  2. Add curd in a bowl and add all the ingredients (except cucumber) and mix properly to avoid lumps.
  3. Add the grated cucumber in curd and mix.
