ABOUT Protein and mineral packed salad RECIPE

Its a combination protein, omega3, vit C, vit A, vit B and many more rich minerals and vitamins.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Purple​ cabbage 1/4 cup
  2. Cabbage 1/4 cup
  3. Green grapes 1/4 cup
  4. Carrot 1/2
  5. Pomegranate 1/2 cup
  6. Mint leaves 4-5
  7. Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
  8. Chia seeds 3 tablespoon
  9. Paneer 1/4 cup
  10. Apple 1/2
  11. Cucumber 1 medium
  12. Orange 1/2
  13. Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
  14. Honey 1 tablespoon
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. Chat masala- 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Chop all the Veggies finely.
  2. Add lemon juice, honey, chat masala, salt and make a seasoning for salad
  3. Take a big bowl add all the veggies, fruits and mix well.
  4. In this mixing bowl, add mint leaves and also coriander leaves.
  5. Next add Paneer cubes and chia seeds.
  6. Finally add the seasoning and mix all together
  7. Serve chilled with lunch or dinner
