It was a receipe inspired from many of my friends on CAL .I actually modified according yo my diabetic patients requirement

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Split green moong dal - 1 cup
  2. Oats - 1/2 cup
  3. Green chilli+ginger+garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  4. Curd - 2 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. For the chutney:
  7. Corriander - 1 tbsp (You can add more as per your taste)
  8. Green gram dal - 50 gms
  9. Chillies - 3 to 4 (You can increase as per ur taste)
  10. Ginger - 1 inch
  11. Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Curd - 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak green moong dal for 2 hours.
  2. Grind it along with curd in to a paste.
  3. Grind the oats and make fine powder.
  4. Mix the moong dal paste in the oats powder and adjust the consistency of the batter to a dosa consistency.
  5. Keep batter outside, in the sun - covered for 4-5 hours.
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Mix everything and grind all the ingredients in mixer, adjust the consistency using water.
  8. On a nonstick pan spread one ladle of dosa, spread it and cook on both the sides. Dosa is ready.
