ABOUT DAHI IDLI RECIPE

Easy and a healthy snack which a best option for the fried balle... as Idlis are steamed.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mini idlis -10 nos
  2. Curd- 2 cups
  3. Sugar 2 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Roasted Jeera Powder- 1 tsp
  6. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  7. Kashmiri Chilli pd- 1 tsp
  8. Chat masala-1 tsp
  9. Sev- 2 tblsp
  10. Coriander leaves finely chopped
  11. Sweet chutney
  12. Green chutney

Instructions

  1. Take 2 cups water add roasted jeera powder and salt 1 tsp bring to boil. Then soak these idlis to this mix for 5 mins …then drain and keep aside or in fridge
  2. In a bowl take the curd, add sugar and salt and beat it well without lumps, add water if necessary to make a dosa batter consistency. The curd should be cold.
  3. To serve, place the 4 mini idlis in a bowl, add the curd mixture over the idlis, sprinkle coriander pd, roasted jeera pd, Kashmiri chilli pd,chat masala. Then sprinkle the sev and on top drizzle the sweet chutney and green chutney
