Oats Tikkis are yummy and a healthy snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup - Oats
  2. 1/2 cup - onion finely chopped
  3. 1/4 cup - poha
  4. 1/4 cup - cilantro finely chopped
  5. 2 tbsp - green chili and ginger paste
  6. 1/4 tsp - mango powder
  7. 1/4 tsp - red chili powder
  8. 1/4 tsp - coriander powder
  9. oil for shallow frying
  10. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Soak poha for 5 minutes in water and drain. Blend oats in a blender to make oats powder
  2. Mix oats powder, drained poha, green chili paste, spices, onion, cilantro and water. Mix well and make dough.
  3. Divide into equal parts and make patties or tikkis.
  4. Saute them on a non stick pan. Use a little oil on both sides.
  5. Make sure the tikkis become golden brown and crispy. Cook on medium gas.
  6. Serve with sauce or any chutney.
