Ingredients to make Dahi bhalle

  • 2 cups urad dal soaked in water for 30 min.
  • salt as per taste
  • curd 500 gms
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • tamarind sweet chutney half cup
  • Sev bhujiya for garnish
  • oil for deep frying
  • water 500 ml

How to make Dahi bhalle

  1. First pour urad dal in mixee jar with half cup water
  2. Add salt and grind it to make smooth paste
  3. Fry bhalle from dal paste in hot oil
  4. These bhalle add in water for 5 min and squeeze it
  5. Grind curd, black salt, jeera powder.
  6. Now add bhalle in curd
  7. Leave it in freezer for 10 min
  8. When serving, add tamarind chutney and bhujiya sev.

My Tip:

If you want instant then soak in hot water for 15 min.
