ABOUT Raw papaya salad RECIPE

It is a delicious crunchy recipe of salad. Papaya has lots of health benefits, full of vitamins and minerals, work as antioxidants, cleans colon, aids in weight loss, rejuvenates skins and many more. Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One medium size raw papaya
  2. Half radish
  3. Half carrot
  4. Half cucumber
  5. One tomato
  6. One onion
  7. One green chilli
  8. 1/2 lemon juice
  9. 1 tbsp salt
  10. 1 tbsp green chutney
  11. 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
  12. Handfull of peanuts
  13. 1 tbsp flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate radish carrot papaya and cucumber. Then chop onion, tomato, green chilli, chestnut and coriander leaves.
  2. Dry roast peanuts till raw smell goes.
  3. Dry roast flax seeds till crispy and keep aside.
  4. Now mix all the veggies add chutneys.
  5. Add peanuts and flax seeds too and give a nice mix.
  6.  Lastly add salt and lemon juice mix well its ready to enjoy
