Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 medium size oranges
  2. 4 tbsp broken wheat
  3. 1/2 cup parsley / coriander leaves
  4. 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  5. One tomato cut in cubes
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. Salt
  8. 1 tbsp sugar
  9. 1/4 tbsp black pepper powder
  10. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  11. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  12. One spring onion


  1. In pressure cooker add water, broken wheat and boil broken wheat
  2. Drian extra water don't over cook
  3. Take ready broken wheat in mixing Bowl
  4. Add chopped spring onions bulb
  5. Add parsley, green spring onions, mint leaves, tomato, orange segment and toss
  6. Dressing:
  7. Mix lemon juice, salt, sugar, black pepper powder mix well
  8. Now add ready dressing in salad
  9. Drizzle olive oil
  10. Sprinkle some sesame seeds
  11. And serve yummy salad
