ABOUT Beetofu Salad RECIPE

My all time favorite and healthy ingredient is beetroot. Rich source of iron, potassium, fiber and Vitamin C. Helps you increase your hemoglobin. Tofu is great source of protein, iron and vitamin B1. Have this salad in mid noon or mid evening and you will gain energy and freshness instantly.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Beetroot- 2 big
  2. Tofu 150 gms
  3. Mint leaves 15-20
  4. Salt a pinch
  5. Black pepper- 1/4 tbsp
  6. Lemon- 1

Instructions

  1. Chop the beetroots into small pieces.
  2. Chop the tofu in a separate bowl
  3. Mix both in a bowl
  4. Add mint leaves after washing
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it
  6. Add lemon juice in it
  7. Have it as mini meal.
