Cut the mango into medium cube pieces and cook it with salt.
Meanwhile grind the coconut thoroughly with cumin, green chilli, shallots and ¼ tsp mustard seeds.
Add this ground paste to the cooked mango and mix well. Cook for 3-4 mins.
Add grated jaggery and mix again thoroughly.
Remove from fire and mix curd in this mixture.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Pour the seasoning to the pachadi and garnish with slice mango and mint leaves
