ABOUT spicy bean salad RECIPE

Boiled beans spiced with veggies and Indian flavors

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Beans 1/2 cup
  2. Tomato 1
  3. Onion 1
  4. Raw mango 3 tbsp
  5. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves 1/2 tbsp
  10. Mint leaves 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak beans for 4-5 hours in warm water
  2. After 4-5 hours cook them in a pressure cooker. By adding some water and salt, give 3-4 whistles
  3. After boiling remove excess water, keep in sieve for some time
  4. Take a bowl, add boiled beans, add chopped tomatoes, onions, raw mango pieces, salt, red chilli powder and mix well
  5. Lastly add mint leaves, coriander leaves, chat masala and lemon juice and mix ready to serve
