Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. spinach 250 grams
  2. vegetable stock 750 ml
  3. refined flour 30 grams (maida)
  4. butter 1 tbsp
  5. milk 300 ml
  6. salt to taste
  7. pepper to taste


  1. Clean and wash spinach leaves thoroughly. In a pan, add stock and salt and pepper and cook the spinach in it.
  2. Run the mixture through the sieve when cooked. In a pan. Heat butter and add flour. Stir well. Gradually add milk to form a white sauce and keep aside.
  3. Add the vegetable puree in white sauce and stir well. Bring it to boil
  4. Serve it hot
