Corn Curd Mix Salad

Ingredients to make Corn Curd Mix Salad

  • Boiled sweet corn kernel 1 cup
  • carrot julienne 2 tbs
  • cucumber julienne 1 tbs
  • pomegranate pearls 2 tbs
  • Raw mango chopped 1 tsp
  • coriander and mint leaves 1 tsp fine chopped
  • Hung curd 3-4 tbs
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • For serving and garnish :
  • corn leaves
  • Some fresh mint leaves

How to make Corn Curd Mix Salad

  1. Take a bowl add hung curd, sweet corn, cucumber and carrot.
  2. Now add pomegranate pearls and chopped mango.
  3. Add paprika, oragano, black pepper, coriander and mint leaves .
  4. Mix well all together and keep bowl in fridge for 10 minute.
  5. Add chaat masala then mix well and serve chilled.
  6. Serve your salad in cone of corn leaves and garnish with mint leaves.

My Tip:

You can add some sprout and fruits in salad.
