Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Khoya 300 gm
  2. Sugar 500 gm
  3. Suji 2 tbs
  4. Gulkand 2 tbs
  5. Milk 1 ltr
  6. Velchi powder 1/2 tea sp
  7. Jayfal powder a pinch
  8. Kasar a pinch
  9. Water
  10. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. At first suji soak in half cup of water. For half hour then 250 gm khoya and soaked suji blend in blender. Not to add more milk.
  2. Keshar soak in milk.
  3. Meanwhile with 350 gm sugar and 1 cup water make sugar sami thick syrup for gulabjamun.
  4. Gulkand and mixture of khoya mix wel. Make small balls and make then rest for 10 min.
  5. Boil the oil and fry all the balls. Put it on sugar syrup. And ut them aside.
  6. 900 ml milk boil with 150 gm sugar. Add 50 gm khoya for thikness. Add velachi and jayafal powder. Basundi is ready. Make it cool in refrigerator.
  7. To serve Basundi put in bowl. Gulabjamun cut in two pieces and placed it in basundi. Garnish with keshar.
