Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl sabudana [sago] (soaked overnight or minimum 3 hours)
  2. 2 boiled potatoes
  3. 1 spoon singarhe ka atta
  4. 1 spoon kuttu ka atta
  5. sendha namak (vrat salt)
  6. cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  7. black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  8. 2 green chillies
  9. oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make vadas or tikkis of them.
  2. Now deep fry the tikkis or vadas till golden brown.
  3. Now drain the excess oil and serve.
