ABOUT Warm Mushroom salad RECIPE

This is a very nice, classy salad with the balsamic-lemon dressing. Perfect for entertaining or when you want to impress someone.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups sliced mushroom
  2. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  3. 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  4. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  5. 1 cup sliced onions
  6. 1 teaspoon honey
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  9. 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  10. 1/4 cup chopped celery
  11. 1 tea spoon balsamic vinegar
  12. 1 teaspoon soya sauce


  1. Take oil in a pan.
  2. Saute garlic for a minute.
  3. Add a sliced onions and saute them for a minute or two.
  4. Add mushroom, saute for 2 minutes, then add pepper.
  5. After two minutes of sautéing add salt, cook for another 2 minutes or until tender
  6. Stir in soya sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and honey.
  7. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl.
  8. Add chopped celery and sprinkle sesame seeds on salad.
  9. Serve warm.
