ABOUT Green Thai curry (without cocounut milk) and burnt garlic rice RECIPE

Authentic Thai green curry.If you don't have coconut milk no problem, this recipe will give you same taste even without coconut milk

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For green paste:-
  2. Green chillies 10, chopped
  3. Garlic 8 cloves
  4. Medium onion 1, chopped
  5. Small ginger piece
  6. Rind of lemon 1, grated
  7. Ground cumin, 2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  10. For green curry:-
  11. Green paste 9 tbsp
  12. Cocounut oil 5 tbsp
  13. Broccoli 250 gms
  14. Baby corn 6-7
  15. Red bellpepper 1, diced
  16. Yellow bellpepper 1, diced
  17. Paneer 100 gm, diced
  18. Lemon grass stalk, 1
  19. Sugar 1 tsp
  20. Milk 2 cups
  21. Salt to taste
  22. For Rice:-
  23. Cooked basmati rice 2 cups
  24. Garlic 20-25 cloves
  25. Oil for garlic fry

Instructions

  1. For green paste:-
  2. Mix all the ingredient and make a paste on mortar .
  3. Store the paste in air tight container
  4. For green curry:-
  5. Par boil the broccoli and baby corn.
  6. Heat the oil in a wok, add the green paste, fry for 2 min
  7. Add the vegetables and saute for a min
  8. Add paneer, salt and coconut oil
  9. Add milk
  10. Cover and cook for 10 mins.
  11. For garlic burnt rice:-
  12. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry till golden color.
  13. Add rice and toss once
  14. Serve the Thai green curry with garlic burnt rice
