Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Capsicum red and yellow julienne 1/2 bowl
  2. Cabbage green and red 1/4 bowl
  3. Cucumber 1/4 bowl
  4. Carrots 1/4 bowl
  5. Green onion for garnish
  6. Fried noodles
  7. For dressing:
  8. Extra virgin olive oil 3 spoon
  9. Red chilli powder
  10. Honey 2 spoon
  11. Salt
  12. Vinegar 1 spoon
  13. Lime juice 2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a non stick pan. Add 1 spoon olive oil
  2. Add capsicum, cabbage, carrot and saute for 30 seconds and add cucumber, green onion and saute for 30 seconds.
  3. For dressing, take a bowl and add extra virgin olive oil, 2 spoon honey, 1 spoon red chilli powder, 1 spoon vinegar, 1 spoon lime juice and mix well
  4. Take a big bowl, add saute veggies and crisp noodles. Add dressing over it. Mix well
  5. Now it is ready to serve .
