Beetroot with hung curd

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. curd 1/2 kg
  2. salt as per taste
  3. Black salt 1 tsp small
  4. Black pepper 1 tsp
  5. ghee 1 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  7. Curry leaves few
  8. Beetroot 1


  1. Grate 1 beetroot and add it into pan, add 2 tsp water and little amount of salt and boil. After 5 Min remove it and keep aside for cooling
  2. Take pan add ghee, then mustard seeds and curry leaves when it splutter remove it
  3. Now add both the things into curd with black pepper and salt
  4. Pachadi is ready
