Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For waffle:
  2. Wheat atta- 3/4 cup
  3. Oats atta- 3/4 cup
  4. Maida- 1/4 cup
  5. Chopped cabbage- 1/4 cup
  6. Chopped onion- 1 big size
  7. Grated carrot- 1
  8. Chat masala- 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Red chilli flakes- 3/4 teaspoon
  10. Salt- to taste
  11. Oregano- 1/4 teaspoon
  12. Oil- 2 teaspoon
  13. baking soda- 1/4 teaspoon
  14. Buttermilk- 1 cup
  15. Water- as required
  16. For raita:
  17. Hung curd- 1cup
  18. Green grapes- 1/2 cup
  19. Mint leaves-15 to 16
  20. Green Chilli- 2
  21. Black pepper- to taste
  22. Salt- to taste
  23. For topping:
  24. Chopped onion- 1 big size
  25. Chopped cucumber- 1/2 cup
  26. Sev for garnishing
  27. Oil- for apply on waffle

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl put all ingredients in it except buttermilk and water
  2. Now add buttermilk then mix it well with a wired whisk.
  3. If the batter looks thick then add water as required
  4. Preheat a sandwich maker. Let the sandwich maker become hot then apply oil and pour the batter on the sandwich maker
  5. Close it and gently press it
  6. After 3-4 minutes again open the sandwich maker and turn the waffle against the lining by using a wooden spatula
  7. Turned lightly and gently so that the waffle does not break.
  8. Again apply oil on the waffle and close the sandwich maker
  9. After 5 minutes check your waffle
  10. Cook both sides till you see square spots on the waffle
  11. Take a big plate and put a waffle on it, cut into 4 triangular shape pieces with pizza cutter.
  12. Meanwhile in a mixer put grapes, chilli, mint leaves and salt in it
  13. Puree should be coarse.
  14. Take a big bowl and then put hung curd, grapes puree and black pepper it then mix it with spoon.
  15. Now take a waffle and put some onion and cucumber on it and spread grapes raita on it.
  16. Now sprinkle sev on it. Now it is ready to eat. Enjoy waffle paratha with your family.
