Using of curd, all purpose flour, cornflour

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One cup all purpose flour
  2. 3/4 cup curd
  3. 2 tbsp cornflour
  4. 1 tsp baking powder
  5. Pinch orange food colour
  6. 2 tsp ghee
  7. 2 tbsp gram flour
  8. Water as needed
  9. Oil for deep frying
  10. For sugar syrup:
  11. Water 1 cup
  12. Saffron stands few
  13. Sugar 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add sugar and water, boil it
  2. Add saffron make chashni for jalebi keep aside.
  3. Now take a bowl, add all purpose flour, gram flour, corn flour and mix well
  4. Now add curd, baking powder, ghee and food colour, make thick ghol with water
  5. Now take a sauce bottle, add this mixture
  6. Heat oil and make jelebi from bottle
  7. Add this hot jelebi in little warm sugar syrup
  8. Leave it for 10 min in sugar syrup
  9. Ready to eat yummmmmmmy curd jelebi
