Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Wheat flour 30 gram
  2. besan 20 gram
  3. salt 1 tsp
  4. Dry pudina leaves powder 2 tbsp
  5. oil 2 tsp


  1. Add wheat flour and besan, mix well.
  2. Mix salt and pudina powder also.
  3. Knead a soft dough adding little water. Keep it aside for 2 minutes.
  4. Knead again by applying little ghee on your hands.
  5. Heat tawa .
  6. Divide the dough into two balls. Roll them into chapattis.
  7. Cook them on tawa by applying very little oil on on side.
  8. Serve hot with curd .
