ABOUT Foxseed raita RECIPE

It contain makhana and curd which we can use in vrat or upwas. It is quick and easy recipe and different from our cucumber and boondi raita. We can serve it lunch or dinner as side dish when ever guest comes at home.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1. Foxseed or makhana- 1 bowl
  2. 2. Curd- 250 gm
  3. 3. Sugar- 1 tsp
  4. 4. Black salt as per taste
  5. 5. Pomegranate for garnish
  6. 6. Cumin powder- 1 tsp
  7. 7. Coriander and mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Roast the makhana or foxseed.
  2. Take curd and add sugar and mix it well.
  3. Now add roasted makhana and fold it properly.
  4. Now add black salt, cumin powder. Then add pomegranate.
  5. Here raita is ready ...Garnish with some pomegranate and coriander leaves.
  6. Serve it chilled.
