Dahi (Yoghurt) ke Kabab

Ingredients to make Dahi (Yoghurt) ke Kabab

  • curd 1 Kg
  • paneer 100 gm
  • Roasted besan 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilli 2 no
  • salt to taste
  • oil 2 tbsp for shallow fry
  • garlic 1/2 tsp grated
  • ginger 1/2 tsp grated
  • wheat flour 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

How to make Dahi (Yoghurt) ke Kabab

  1. Hung curd for 5-6 hours or overnight in muslin cloth.
  2. Now take out hung curd in a big bowl. Mash/Grate paneer and mix it with hung curd.
  3. Now add salt, garlic, ginger, green chilli and red chilli powder to it and give it a mix.
  4. Add roasted besan to this mix and mix it nicely.
  5. Wet your hands with water make kababs with the mix and dip it in dry wheat flour.
  6. It is very sticky so handle it carefully and be patient.
  7. Shallow fry these in skillet. Handle it carefully.
  8. Your yoghurt/ curd kababs are ready. Serve it hot.

My Tip:

Ensure you dip kababs in wheat flour nicely as its only protein and it will burn if not dipped in flour nicely.
