ABOUT Kalakand RECIPE

This authentic recipe I am sharing today is just a easy and shortcut method to make great tasty kalakand.That can be prepared on any occasion and festival.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 can milkmaid (200 grams)
  2. 1 cup crumble paneer
  3. 2 tbsp kesar milk (optional you can use kewda, rose water also)
  4. 1 tbsp cardamom powder
  5. Nuts for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Grease a plate or foil paper keep it aside
  2. Pour condonsed milk in a heavy bottom pan or kadai warm up on a low flame
  3. Add grated paneer, kesar milk, cardamom powder to the pan.
  4. Stir and mix well, cook on a low flame stir continuously to prevent burning.
  5. Transfer kalakand mixture to the butter paper or grease plate.
  6. Sprinkle nuts and likely take them in.
  7. Refrigerate kalakand for 1 or 2 hours. Cut to desire shapes
