Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Besan 1 cup
  2. Sooji rava 1 cup
  3. Butter milk 3/4 cup
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Baking powder 1 tsp
  6. Mirchi powder 1 tsp
  7. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  8. Dhania powder 1 tsp
  9. Onion 1 small

Instructions

  1. First mix all the ingredients in a bowl with butter milk
  2. Leave it for five minutes
  3. Take a kadai with water and keep it on stove.
  4. Place the mixture in steamer like small sized balls... Put on the lid...
  5. Steam it for 15 minutes...
  6. And after 15 minutes remove the lid and enjoy steamed pakodas. If you can sprinkle lemon juice and chat powder then it becames so yummy
