Ingredients to make Watermelon cake

  • One round piece of watermelon
  • 2 tbsp hung curd
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1tbsp icing sugar
  • Few drops vanilla essence
  • Chopped dry fruits for garnishing

How to make Watermelon cake

  1. Cut thick roundel of a watermelon (preferably seed less)
  2. Put dry with paper towel 3-4 times
  3. In mixing bowl take hung curd, cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla essence and mix well
  4. Apply on top of sides of watermelon
  5. Garnish with chopped dry fruits
  6. And serve
  7. Cannot be stored for longer period
