Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Base:
  2. 1/2 cup Butter
  3. 2 cups Refined flour
  4. 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  5. 1/4 cup Cold Water
  6. Filling:
  7. 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  8. 750 gms. Blanched and chopped Spinach
  9. 2 cups Cooked Corn
  10. 5 Eggs
  11. 1/2 tsp. Salt
  12. 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper (freshly ground)
  13. 1/2 cup Grated Mozarella

Instructions

  1. 1:For the base, take flour in a bowl.Add butter and lightly mix it.Now add cheese and knead it into a dough.
  2. 2: Press it onto a 9" pie dish and on its sides.
  3. 3: Poke it with a fork and blind bake it in a pre heated oven at 180 degree Celcius for 10 minutes.
  4. 4: Heat oil in a pan. Add spinach to it.
  5. 5: Saute till it leaves oil .Add corn, salt and pepper. Removee from fire.
  6. 6: Add beaten eggs and mix.
  7. 7:Pour it in a baked pie crust.
  8. 8: Sprinkle mozarella on it and bake for 50 minutes in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees.
  9. 9: Remove from oven. Let it cool down a little and cut into slices.
