ABOUT Curd Cucumber Raita ( Curd or yogurt Recipe ) RECIPE

Very simple recipe made with curd and cucumber and good in hot summer.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd 1/2 cup
  2. Cucumber 1 big
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Sugar 1 tsp
  5. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  6. Chopped chillies in rings 1 tsp
  7. Coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber.
  2. Squeeze the excess water from the cucumber. Don't throw this water drink it, it is very healthy.
  3. Crush the mustard seeds on roti rolling pan.
  4. Keep ready sugar salt, curd and chilli.
  5. Mix grated cucumber, salt, sugar, chillies and crushed mustard seeds in curd.
  6. Garnish with coriander, serve with roti paratha or also go grate with nachos.
