Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 250 gms curd fresh not sour
  2. Sugar powder two tbsp
  3. Rose essence few drops
  4. Red colour pinch
  5. Rose syrup for garnish
  6. Gulkand one tbsp
  7. Dry fruit chopped 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. First put curd in muslin cloth for 2 hours to drain water
  2. Take a bowl add sugar powder n Gulukand mix well
  3. Now add rose essence clour Dry fruit mix well
  4. Pour curd in mixture of Gulukand mix togethre
  5. Pour this mixture in bowl n put it in freezer for 5 min
  6. Garnish with rose syrup.
