A healthy breakfast that is opted by people in Assam, Odisha, Bihar and west-Bengal. The best thing is you can play with flavors making it a little more versatile every day. I am talking about “Dahi chuda” or flattened rice with curd which is a traditional breakfast in Eastern states.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cups flattened rice
  2. 1 cup yoghurt
  3. 1 ripe banana
  4. 2 tbsp moong sprout
  5. 2 tbsp chia seed
  6. Honey per taste
  7. 6 tbsps water

Instructions

  1. Soak chia seed in water for 10 minute.
  2. Rinse once the flattened rice.
  3. Take one glass. Layer the bottom with 1/2 cup flattened rice.
  4. Top with curd, sliced banana, sprout, honey.
