Ingredients to make Mango cheese cake

  • Ingredients for base:
  • 10-15 biscuits powdered
  • 200 gm melted butter
  • Ingredients for seconds layer:
  • 200 ml mango pulp
  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • Ingredient for third layer:
  • 200 gm fresh hung curd
  • 1/2 cup milkmaid
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp gelatin

How to make Mango cheese cake

  1. Take little water in a bowl and soak gelatin altogether and keep aside
  2. To make the base take the biscuits in blender and blend into a fine powder
  3. Melt the butter in a pan
  4. Add powder biscuits into it
  5. Mix well
  6. Now pour this in the base of the thin and press it slightly
  7. And make a even base
  8. Put the tin in freezer for ten minutes
  9. Add 2 tbsp gelatin into mango pulp
  10. Add sugar
  11. Pour this over the biscuits layer
  12. Put it in freezer to set which will take around half hour
  13. Take hungcurd in bowl
  14. Add sugar
  15. Add milkmaid and vanilla extract
  16. Add remaining gelatin in it and mix well
  17. Pour this over mango layer
  18. Put it in freezer
  19. And let it set
  20. It take 3-4 hours
  21. Then finally garnish with mango wedges
  22. And serve....
