Ingredients to make Aloo Tikki

  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt as per the taste

How to make Aloo Tikki

  1. Boil the potatoes in the cooker
  2. Mash the potatoes in the bowl by adding coriander, chaat masala, chilli powder, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis till they are golden brown on both the sides
