Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Masoor daal- 1/4 cup
  2. Arhar daal- 1/4 cup
  3. Moong daal- 1/4 cup
  4. Channa daal- 1/4 cup
  5. Chopped onions - 1 medium size
  6. Chopped green chilli- according to taste
  7. Dhaniya+ pudina chopped finely
  8. Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
  9. Amchoor powder - 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Haldi powder- 1 tsp
  12. Jeera powder- 1 tsp
  13. Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  14. 1 big sized boiled potato for binding.
  15. 2 tbsp corn flour
  16. Bread crumbs for coating

Instructions

  1. Soak all the dal together.
  2. Grind them to a coarse paste.
  3. Mix all the ingredients ingredients and shape as per your choice. Make a thin batter of cornflour and water.
  4. Coat the cutlets with cornflour batter and bread crumbs. Shallow fry.
