Ingredients to make Butter muruku

  • Rice flour 2 1/2 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • butter 5 tsp
  • sesame seeds 2 tsp
  • gram flour/ besan 3/4 cup
  • water to knead the dough
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Butter muruku

  1. In a bowl take rice flour, add salt, add gram flour, add butter, add sesame seeds, add water and bind the dough
  2. In a deep pan add oil
  3. Switch on flame
  4. Grease chakli maker and insert dough by pressing with your fingers
  5. As oil becomes hot
  6. Directly remove chakli by pressing
  7. From some height
  8. As they turn golden brown remove
  9. Transfer them on tissue paper
  10. Store them in air tight container
  11. Enjoy for Choti si bhuk

My Tip:

To make spicy you can add coarsely ground black pepper powder
