Ingredients to make Besan ka halwa

  • 1 cup gram flour/ besan
  • 3 serving spoon ghee
  • sugar according to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • Chopped dry fruits

How to make Besan ka halwa

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast besan till golden brown in color on medium flame
  2. Add water and stir it continuously till its dry
  3. Add sugar and mix it till it melts
  4. Dry roast the dry fruits and add to it
  5. Off the gas and serve it with some more ghee and dry fruits on it
  6. Serve it hot

Roast the besan on medium flame
