Ingredients to make Pudina Pulav

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 bowl pudina leaves
  • 2 green chilli
  • 3-4 lavung
  • 3 elaichi
  • salt according to taste
  • Zeera pinch
  • Garam masala
  • 1/2 bowl peas
  • 1/2 bowl beans

How to make Pudina Pulav

  1. Take a pan and heat ghee
  2. Add the spices and saute
  3. Add pudina, green chilli paste, add water accordingly and boil
  4. When it comes to boil and vegetables, rice, salt and garam masala.
  5. Cover it and boil till cooked. Pulav is ready to serve.

Serve it with a vegetable raita
