Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 tbsp ghee
  2. 1 bowl pudina leaves
  3. 2 green chilli
  4. 3-4 lavung
  5. 3 elaichi
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Zeera pinch
  8. Garam masala
  9. 1/2 bowl peas
  10. 1/2 bowl beans

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and heat ghee
  2. Add the spices and saute
  3. Add pudina, green chilli paste, add water accordingly and boil
  4. When it comes to boil and vegetables, rice, salt and garam masala.
  5. Cover it and boil till cooked. Pulav is ready to serve.
