Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Channa dal flour 1 cup
  2. Rawa 1/2 cup
  3. Curd 1 cup
  4. Chopped spinach 1/4 cup
  5. Corn 2 tbsp.
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chutney 3 to 4 tbsp
  8. Fruit salt 1 tsp
  9. For red chutney:
  10. Red chillies soaked in water
  11. Garlic 6 cloves
  12. Roasted channa dal 1/4 cup
  13. Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. For chutney:
  2. Blend all the ingredients together. If required add water to form dropping consistency.
  3. For batter :
  4. Mix all the ingredients together except fruit salt. If required add water to form dropping consistency.
  5. Add fruit salt and mix well.
  6. Put 1 tbsp of batter in muffin moulds.
  7. Place some chutney in middle again cover with 1 tbsp of batter.
  8. Steam for 10 minutes , when done remove and serve hot.
