Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gms coarse whole wheat flour
  2. 400 gms ghee
  3. 200 gms sugar (ground)
  4. 50 gms almond, pistachio (finely chopped)
  5. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp


  1. Melt 150 gms of ghee and mix it in wheat flour.
  2. Make a stiff dough using very little water.
  3. Heat the rest of ghee in a kadai. Make about 15 to 20 balls (muthiya) with the dough
  4. Fry it on low flame till it become golden brown. Churn it in grinder after it cool down .
  5. Add cardamom powder in the above mixture of wheat flour
  6. When it cool down, add sugar and chopped almond, pistachio mix well.
  7. Serve churma ladoo in a plate. You can enjoy the taste of churma ladoo in a plate.
  8. You can enjoy the taste of churma for 8 to 10 days In airtight box.
  9. Serve
