Ingredients to make Legumes salad

  • 50 gm rajma
  • 50 gm kabuli chana
  • 50 gm groundnuts
  • 50 gm kala chana
  • 50 gm lobia ( black eyed beans )
  • 1 lemon
  • salt to taste
  • honey 1 tbspn
  • onion chopped 1 medium
  • tomato chopped 1 medium
  • cucumber chopped 1 small
  • mint chopped 2 tbspn
  • coriander leaves chopped 2 tspn
  • green chillies chopped 1
  • Chat masala 1 tspn

How to make Legumes salad

  1. Soak all legumes together with double water for 7 hours
  2. Wash and add water, add salt and pressure cook for 3 whistles
  3. Drain and cool.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, toss well and serve chilled

The honey and chaat masala combination gives an amazing twist
