ABOUT Watermelon Mojito (Non-Alcoholic) RECIPE

A perfect thirst quencher and a refreshing drink to beat the heat.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Watermelon - 2 cups cubed
  2. sugar - 2 tbsp
  3. Lime juice of 2 lemons
  4. mint leaves - 8-10
  5. Club soda - 1 cup (can increase to 1 ½ cup)
  6. Freezed watermelon juice in ice cubes tray


  1. Deseed the watermelon and blend them finely and strain them and extract the juice.
  2. In a jar or large bowl add the sugar, lime juice and the mint leaves slightly crushed reserving few leaves for garnish and muddle till sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the watermelon juice and club soda, stir and mix well.
  4. Pour in individual serving glass, top with frozen watermelon juice ice cubes and mint leaves and serve.
