ABOUT Butter Garlic Chilli Prawn RECIPE

A simple and easy recipe to cook fresh and delicious prawns.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. 50 gm butter
  3. 12 large raw prawns
  4. 2 garlic cloves crushed
  5. 2 Green Chilli (medium size) chopped
  6. Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  7. Small handful parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. In a wok or a large pan heat the oil and butter. Add the prawns, garlic, green chilli and stir well.
  2. Stir fry until the prawns are pink (about 4-5 minutes).
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and scatter the chopped parsley over.
  4. Serve at once.
